Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
• Ensure that business strategies developed align with short-term and long-term objectives of the company
• Ensure adherence to the established corporate governance framework
• Manage strategic use of company resources
• Review & present financial and non-financial reports to the board of directors
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact
• Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Implement & manage safety protocols for optimal well-being of customer base & staff
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the market and competitive landscape of the industry
• Create an environment that promotes great performance, positive morale and a sense of community
• Lead and motivate senior team members to advance employee engagement
• Develop incentive programmes to involve all staff members in the growth targets of the company

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant discipline, MBA a plus
• Experience in an executive management position in a hospitality-based or service-oriented environment (experience in asset management a plus but not required)
• Knowledge of facility management & acquisition a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners and the workforce
• Understanding of human resources management
• Experience with corporate governance
• Proven negotiation skills
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make informed decisions
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate
