JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food General Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations and buildout of our stores. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and driving business growth.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadership and Team Management – handle recruitment, training and development.
  • Operations Management – oversee all operations.
  • Buildout of new locations.
  • Customer Service - ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Financial Management – create/manage/control/monitor all financial related functions.
  • Marketing and Sales – develop and execute marketing & promotional strategies.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain – oversee all inventory and supplier related functions.
  • Compliance and Reporting – ensure compliance in general, and submit required reports to corporate or upper management.
  • Other Duties - as he/she deems necessary for the smooth performance of his/her duties or duties as delegated by upper management.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of restaurant management software.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • The role typically involves regular store hours, Mondays to Saturdays, but flexibility is essential as it requires occasional overtime.
  • The environment can get hot.
  • Limited store space.
  • Travel to other store locations.
