DRIVER

The incumbent will be required to execute general driving duties which includes delivering mail to business establishing, maintaining records of delivery and transporting passengers to and from assigned locations

Stewart's Automotve Group is seeking a dynamic, professional, hardworking, customer centric individual to fill the post of:

DRIVER

Some of the key duties of the position include:

• Delivering mail to business establishments, sub-contractors and customers in a timely manner along specified routes.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and receipt of items, packages and mail.
• Ensuring timely completion of daily banking assignments and schedules.
• Ensuring timely delivery of collection to/from Customs, Tax Office and Examination Depot
• Transporting passengers to and from assigned locations
• Meeting timely schedules for the distribution and collection of packages/mail.
• Making deliveries outside of Kingston, when necessary.
• Ensuring that the assigned vehicle is kept clean and is in good working order.
• Ensuring that the assigned vehicle is serviced on a regular basis.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations governing safety at work and accident prevention.
• Immediately report all defects, accidents etc. involving the assigned vehicle to management

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

* A minimum of three years' experience working in a driver role.

* A minimum of three CXCs, with Math and English included.

* Must have a valid Open General Driver License.

* Must have clean driving and medical records.

* Must be well versed with traffic rules and regulations.

* Must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile if required.

* Must be well groomed and professional.

* Must be Customer Service oriented.
