Sales agents should exhibit upselling and cross-selling skills comfortably. Applicant should sound motivated, clear in communication, exercise natural empathetic conversational characteristics and be willing to learn new skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve customers thoroughly by clearly navigating customers to making a purchase decision.
  • Maintain Call Quality standards to meet Travel Pass and Customer expectations.
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly metric goals
  • Outbound/Inbound calls with customers to meet booking goals.
  • All communications must be handled in compliance with our policies and procedures
  • Attend weekly training sessions to up-skill.  

 

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
 

  • 1-2 years of direct experience in sales, travel sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent people skills with emphasis on empathy  
  • Prior telemarketing experience with hotel products preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
  • Flexibility to work any scheduled shift in the day and/or night.  
  • Team Player
  • Professional and exciting demeanor
