Job Summary:

Manage the Business Development and Marketing Department, ensuring premium income targets are achieved and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders including producers (Brokers, Agents, Salespersons).

Minimum Specifications:

Qualifications:

1. ACII, CPCU, or BSc Insurance & Risk Management or other equivalent general insurance designations or qualifications.

2. Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, marketing or related field.

3.  Post-graduate Qualifications will be an asset.

4.  A minimum of 10 years' experience in insurance operations at a  senior level.

5.  Any combination of the above training and experience will be considered an asset.
