JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the quality assurance aspect of the installation and repair of Amplia’s security products and services. This includes quality assurance for reviewing the products, services and materials used during the installation or repairs at a customer’s premises and ensure the company standards are always meet. Your duties also include quality checks on technicians on the field, quality test and monitoring, identifying defect material and course of action to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform executive and complex installations, removals and inspections by Amplia technicians.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating Activities: Orchestrate a variety of essential functions, including inspections (both live and post-installation), executive-level installations, repairs, removals, and site visits.
  • KPI Compliance: Ensure that all activities are carried out in alignment with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which serve as benchmarks for our business's performance and success.
  • Quality Enhancement: Provide well-informed recommendations when adjustments are warranted to enhance the quality of our work. Your discerning eye will help us continually improve.
  • Product Excellence: Identify and advocate for the removal of products that fall short of our rigorous Amplia standards. Additionally, offer insightful strategies for enhancing the quality of our work.
  • Quality Assurance Framework: Develop and enforce robust quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold consistent excellence in our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Engage in meaningful discussions with supervisors to collectively identify optimal solutions based on inspection results. Effective communication is key.
  • Randomized Inspections: Execute periodic random inspections to assess the quality of our products, uncovering latent issues that may elude routine processes.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure effective communication and foster customer satisfaction, both during installations and repairs. Delight our customers with top-tier service.
  • Quality Standards: Make critical decisions by accepting or rejecting finished products, thereby establishing clear quality standards for Amplia products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE O 'levels inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
  • Install Intrusion and Fire Alarms, CCTV Systems, Audio and Video Systems, Automatic Gate Operators, Access Control Systems, Electric and Electro-magnetic locks, and all other Security related systems.
  • Maintain, service and repair alarms, card access system, CCTV, automatic gates and all products and services mentioned above.
  • Must pay attention to details.
  • Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be trustworthy and reliable.
  • Must have a trustworthy and reliable vehicle.
  • Available to work anytime Sunday to Saturday, evening, weekend, or holiday coverage as required.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, environment.
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously.
  • Must possess superior customer service skills and good reading comprehension.
