Responsible for modifying and creating artwork in alignment with breif provided, customer requirements, specifications provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manipulate and modify computer generated graphics using relevant computer graphic software according to instructions of the client or the Departmental Head to create Point of Purchase Displays.
  • Meet with the client or Account Executive to discuss the client’s initial concept and from that conceptualize design solutions understanding the end placement when designing
  • Work with customers to develop and add creativity to existing design ideas
  • Approve the design (with client involved in process) and escalate to production team for creation.
  • Proof-read all artwork in detail.
  • Upon receipt of artwork, pre-flight the artwork against the job requirements in a timely manner and inform the relevant person of any deviations 
  • Ensure artwork produced meets customer specifications as per work order and ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assess the completion time of jobs and communicate to production team for scheduling
  • Work closely with the Executive Directors to deliver visually compelling assets engaging and consistent content for email, affiliates, re-targeting, social media, and display advertising channels.
  • Create designs that tailors to all devices to positively affect the user experience
  • Ensure all digital creative and front-end content produced is accessible, useable and meets best practice standards
  • Provide assistance to the strategic development of innovative digital projects and campaigns
  • Support the design of internal digital communication materials and presentations for the wider business on an ad hoc basis
  • Effectively manage your own workflow to deliver to deadline
  • Perform duties with adherence to the Company's Health and Quality procedures and practices.
  • Perform duties with adherence to the Company’s Food Safety System. 
  • Ensure that good housekeeping practices are maintained at all times
  • Any other related duties as assigned by management.
