 Operations Manager Responsibilities: As our Operations Manager, you will be a key player in our organization, responsible for the oversight of both production and maintenance activities. Your role will include:

 Production Oversight:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire production teams to achieve production targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Continuously monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

 Maintenance:

  • Oversee the maintenance department, ensuring all machinery and equipment is in top working condition.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly, reducing disruptions to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between production and maintenance.
  • Manage companies fleet of vehicles
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among your team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years proven experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
