We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our facility's maintenance department.

The Maintenance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our facility and equipment. This position requires a proven track record in managing maintenance operations, leading a team of maintenance professionals, and implementing best practices to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of maintenance, repair, and project work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform at their best.

  2. Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the ongoing reliability of equipment and infrastructure.

  3. Budget Management: Create and manage the maintenance department budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

  4. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the inspection, repair, and maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

  5. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and cost-effectively.

  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Keep abreast of relevant industry regulations and standards.

  7. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on maintenance activities, including progress, expenditures, and performance metrics, to senior management.

  8. Project Management: Plan and execute maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  9. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response procedures for equipment breakdowns or other maintenance-related emergencies.

Qualifications:

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
  • Strong technical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
