Job Description

The Associate will be responsible for handling in-bound telephone calls from  direct guests requiring information about products, services, pricing and company website assistance.

Responsibility Statements

• Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
• Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
• Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
• Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs.
• Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.
• Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
• Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
• Explains company policies to customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Typing Speed Requirement 20WPM

 Requirements:

• 1 year call center experience
• Must be able to work between 7:00 am to 12:00 am Monday - Saturday as well as holidays
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to accurately perform data entry of both text and numeric information at a rate of at least 20 wpm from both spoken and printed sources.
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
