Facilities/Auxiliary Personnel

The Facility personnel is responsible for the general maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the contact center.

Summary / Objective

The Facility personnel is responsible for the general maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the contact center.

Core Functions

• Cleaning and Checks of bathroom and assigned room as per schedule.
• Clean Chill rooms daily – including refrigerators and microwaves.
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
• Wipe mirrors and windows daily.
• Communicate any unresolved service issues to the Facility Manager on a timely basis.
• Dust and clean; production floor, Meeting room, and training rooms as per schedule.
• Execute all duties assigned the Itel way.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required by the Facility Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
• Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances·
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Reporting to

This position reports to the Facility Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Certificate but not required
• 2 references from last Job employed
