To support the Director of Human Capital in the effective delivery of the overall talent management strategy including the recruitment, selection, appointment, retention and development of talent.

To support the Director of Human Capital in the effective delivery of the overall talent management strategy including the recruitment, selection, appointment, retention and development of talent.
  • Responsible for implementing the talent management strategy including the recruitment, selection, and appointment of talent in vacant positions for appropriate levels, with the aim of attaining quality of hire benchmarks
  • Provides developmental coaching and one-to-one support, where the need has been identified, with an emphasis on Operational staff so that sales budgets are met
  • Ensures compliance with the Company’s performance management system so that talent is properly assessed and managed through the use of clear objectives, feedback and improvement mechanisms to maximise business results.
  • Compiles monthly year-end reports on key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, cost per employee and attrition) that support analysis and business decisions
  • Sources and co-ordinates external training programmes to meet specific training needs
  • Develops and implements effective induction programmes
  • Manages other learning and development interventions such as mentoring, e-learning, management cascade, team building, etc
