The incumbent is responsible for the accuracy of the inventory for the Company in order to ensure the integrity of the stock is maintained in accordance with the Company’s Policy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Receiving of raw material and finished goods.
2) Generate GRN for goods and services received and forwarding to Inventory Clerk for data entry on a daily basis.
3) Ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated based on FIFO to avoid damages and obsolescence.
4) Identify damages and obsolete stock and report the same to the Inventory Manager on a weekly basis.
5) Conduct audits on all documents used for the movement of raw material and finished goods to ensure compliance with Company’s Policy.
6) Arrange for the delivery of bottles to the Warehouse.
7) Oversee that loading and unloading of finished goods and raw material at the Warehouse.
8) Oversee the transfer of raw materials and finished goods to and from the Production Line and the Warehouse.
9) Be able to operate forklift when required.
10) Assist with the co-ordination and execution of all stock counts.
11) Ensure that procedures are followed for the receipt, transfer, dispatch and returns of finished goods and raw material at the Warehouse.
12) After every production run, execute stock count on surplus raw material to determine losses and submit report to the Inventory Clerk and Inventory Manager.
13) Generate Stock Adjustment Forms when necessary and submit to the Inventory Manager for approval.
14) Work in collaboration with the Inventory Clerk in order to maintain the accuracy and integrity of both finished goods and raw material.
15) Conduct monthly cycle counts at the end of every monthly close off when necessary.
16) Ensure that all stock adjustments are completed at the end of every monthly close off.
