Portfolio Data Integration - Manager (K-JESS)

The Manager of Portfolio Data Integration role is responsible for providing data integration support to the business functional teams and the IT organization utilizing supported data environments.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager of Portfolio Data Integration role is responsible for providing data integration support to the business functional teams and the IT organization utilizing supported data environments. A successful candidate possesses the ability to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions; and support the execution of strategic initiatives for the organization. The successful candidate will be able to support client portfolios by tracking all project status, risks, and facilitate resolution of escalations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery
— Develop a deep understanding of the EDS data strategy and the associated EDS services to identify dependencies, risks/ issues and change communication needs
— Engage with multiple stakeholders within the firm and develop relationships to address cross functional questions and challenges
— Coordinate the initiation of new projects; maintain health checks on project and programs in execution within the portfolio

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional accreditation.
— Minimum of 7 years work experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in people management.
— Outstanding verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
— Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
