**Job Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**

 

- Perform routine dental check-ups and cleanings for patients.

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations.

- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure their understanding and comfort.

- Administer anesthetics and other medications as necessary.

- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, and prosthetic fittings.

- Educate patients on proper oral healthcare and preventive measures.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Work collaboratively with other dental professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

- Stay informed about new developments in dentistry and incorporate best practices into the practice.

 

**Requirements:**

 

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

- Valid state dental license and registration in good standing.

- Proven experience as a dentist, with a strong track record of successful patient outcomes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and ethical practices.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Dedication to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.

 

**Preferred Qualifications:**

 

- Specialization in a specific area of dentistry (e.g., orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, etc.) However General Dentists are welcomed.

- Experience using dental software and technology for patient management and record-keeping.
