The Account Manager will work closely with clients, from assisting them to find the right branding solutions for their projects, through delivery confirmation. Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, and display a professional and positive attitude in every interaction.

The Account Manager will work closely with our clients, from assisting them to find the right branding solutions for their projects, through delivery confirmation.  This individual must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.  As the face of our company, this individual must possess a professional, motivated and positive attitude in every customer interaction.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes and presentations for clients.
  • Enter sales orders and submit supplier purchase orders.
  • Work directly with customers and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.
  • Facilitate proof process.
  • Track orders through production and delivery process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with customers to complete product returns.
  • Complete invoicing and submit to client contact.
  • Actively listen for and alert sales team to upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain customer and supplier information within database.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails and redirect inquiries to the appropriate party.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Key Objectives For This Role Include:

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at every step of the sales process.
  • Coordinate information and ensure accuracy to achieve target gross profit margins.
  • Portray a positive and professional image of the company in all written and verbal communications.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience focused on customer service and order processing
  • Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Sales & Marketing
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiarity with products, pricing, and policies
  • Prior experience in the print and/or promotional products market(s), preferred
