Divisional Manager, Process Development
The Divisional Manager, Process Development is charged with the responsibility of coordinating all process engineering activities relating to wastewater management, process development, Agro-processing and Technology Transfer. In addition, provide guidance and oversight on business/income ventures and all quality management activities within the division.
Educational Requirement
- M.Sc./PhD in Process Engineering; Environmental Science; Food Chemistry/Technology; Agro-production or equivalent.
- Certification in Project Management
- Five (5) years post-qualification experience in process engineering in a manufacturing or research and development organization, with at least three (3) years at a senior level.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares the organisation’s annual strategic objectives for the Process Development Division in consultation with the Executive Director, other Divisional Heads and Board Members.
- Prepares annual divisional operating plan in consultation with team members directly under supervision.
- Plans and directs all Process Engineering and Process Improvement activities in areas under supervision.
- Visits client operations to ensure customer satisfaction with services provided by members of the division.
- Negotiates major supply contracts, financial arrangements and sales agreements as seen fit.
- Attend local and international meetings as required.
- Perform any other relevant duties which might be assigned from time to time.
