POSITION SUMMARY

As the Decision Support Analyst - Nestlé Professional (NP) & Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) business, you will provide support as an analytical wing by facilitating with financial planning processes across the NP & CPW businesses (MBS, ICP, DF) and ensuring preparation of high quality deliverables (Actuals and Forecasts).

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Support and align the business planning process across the Nestlé Professional (NP) & Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) businesses and support the execution / consolidation / reporting of the different planning cycles (MBS, ICP, DF) to provide the business full transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks and opportunities.                                      
• Provide full transparency on main business KPI’s across NP & CPW via the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, yearly financial and non-financial reports to both local management (i.e. P&L, Variance and Gap Analysis, ManCom Dashboards) and to the Group (i.e. Magnitude).                 
• Support the NP & CPW business decision making process through review and analysis of key financial statements (actuals and forecasts) with timely correction of any misstatements. He/she is also expected to share his/her opinion and concerns on the P&L and overall business performance.
• Promote Business Planning Best Practices (i.e., One Number Principles, planning cycles) and Tools across the organisation / market and ensure alignment with Management Business Planning processes across NP & CPW. Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of financial information.                                   
• Support the material master data process to ensure the integrity of financial inputs for Group publishing.
• Assist the Decision Support Manager and NP & CPW BU-Co-pilot on ad hoc queries for visibility and key meetings. In addition, assist with planning cycles (e.g., MBS, ICP, DF) via information sharing.                                                                          

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

• First Degree in Accounting
• ACCA Level 2 completion                                             
• 1-2 years’ experience in business analysis and reporting.
• Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.
• Proficiency in English (Spanish would be an asset).
• IT literate with advanced skills on Excel and ideally knowledge of SAP.
• Good communication and networking skills to manage relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Can work under pressure with respect to deadlines.
