A leading BPO company in Jamaica is looking for a strong, results-oriented Director of Operations for multiple accounts/lines of business.
Main duties for this role entail:
This person will be responsible for leading strategy, continuous improvement, client relationship, financials and SLA's accomplishment for our company's goals.
•The successful candidate will give oversight to the growth and management of the department in various locations, leading a team of senior managers towards meeting required KPI's.
•Responsible for maintaining client relations and being a liaison between the clients and the management team.
• Responsible for being a coach/ mentor to the senior managers for the efficient leadership of the team of up to 3 Senior managers.
• Make recommendations and collaborate with the Country Lead ) to ensure and support proper staffing to meet service levels and other KPI measurements.
Requirements:
Financial management experience at a Senior manager level
Minimum of 5 years experience as a BPO senior manager
Call center leadership experience for multiple portfolios/lines of business
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering , sales or equivalent experience
