OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  The Clients’ Learning & Development function is expanding operations at JESS to support the Learning & Development Advisory process area.  Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support the Client’s back office operations.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the Firm’s Advisory Learning and Development (L&D) process area. You will be responsible for performing various tasks following standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Advisory Learning and Development team, including L&D vendor management activities for the Audit, Tax and Firmwide functions. This position applies knowledge, independent judgment, critical thinking and L&D operating guidance to complete moderate to complex tasks.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Support L&D team members with creating and managing contracts as needed (Master Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase orders, Licensing Agreements and Speaker Agreements.
  • Open service tickets and manage the contracting process through KPMG LLP’s instance of Coupa.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and process invoices through the Coupa and Open Text systems.
  • Perform monthly accruals and monthly forecasts.
  • Request L&D charge codes and manage charge code status.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on the vendor contracting process and collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SSP) and L&D colleagues throughout the contracting process.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Equivalent Professional Accreditation.
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience within administration, information services, or related roles within a professional services firm or similar environment.
  • Experience with invoicing and vendor management is preferred

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Expected to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to responsibly use information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
  • May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
