Job Description

  • Handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs through our HR Helpdesk.
  • Assess calls and emails to provide service immediately, referrals or require follow-up for employee’s resolution.
  • Resolves problems, finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate answers and facilitate solutions.
  • Manages client employee data for new hires, terminations, personnel file changes, and employee time via upload to and from HR and Payroll applications.
  • Coordinates services with the HRIS, human resource functions, and employee relations programs to ensure compliance.

 

 

 

 

Gathers all necessary information to update the HR and Payroll database.

  • Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
  • Typing Speed Requirement 20 WPM
  • Corrects data entry errors identified through GEMS and HRIS validation audits.
  • Provides support with special (mass) projects.
  • Analyzes multi-state payroll tax data and performs calculations/balance adjustments to ensure that payroll information is reported correctly.
  • Process onboarding/hiring transactions in the HR and Payroll systems
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
