The Client Relationship Executive position resides within the Customer Service Department of the Guardsman Group.

The Role

Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of building and sustaining good business relationships with clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Establish and sustain long term relationships with all clients through the use of a well utilized communication strategy. 
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; executing the solution and conducting follow-ups to ensure resolution and satisfaction. 
  • Maintain a good understanding of each product and service as well as the various company processes required to deliver these services.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs and satisfy those needs in the shortest time possible through frequent client communication and coordination with various departments.
  • Input all client interactions and client issues in the CRM software in a timely manner to ensure for real time monitoring of client cases.
  • Generate the necessary reports on client interactions.
  • Make recommendations for creative and innovative ways to build stronger relationships with our clients.
  • Recommend potential products, services and process improvements for the company to better serve clients.

A Little Bit About You

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Written and oral communication
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Self-motivated and possess ability to work on own initiative

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Customer Service
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and a reliable motor vehicle
