ROLE

As a Maintenance Engineer, you ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the Maintenance Management System for the FPSOs in your area. At the same time, you ensure its compliance with SBM's established processes.
You challenge and analyze the information available in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as well as receive, assess, and prioritize feedback by liaising with different stakeholders within the organization.
You are the CMMS focal point for the Operations team.

MISSIONS

In order to ensure Unit Maintenance Performance and efficiency during the life cycle, YOU ARE TO:
  • Support the Maintenance activities of Operations through inputs/data entry
  • Provide historical data to stakeholders
  • Provide Audit support to stakeholders
  • Provide Operational feedback to stakeholders
  • Receive and respond to requests from stakeholders
  • Provide KPI reports to the business
  • Analyse trends and KPIs for improvement opportunities

In order to ensure the Integrity and Safety of the Unit YOU ARE TO:
  • Maintain accurate CMMS
  • Continuously improve Maintenance Management by challenging the available information and providing inputs/feedback
  • Ensure that the Barriers are set properly in the CMMS and covered by effective preventive maintenance
  • Ensure Reliability & Maintenance Plan meets Class / Regulatory requirements
  • Monitor Operations KPIs
  • Deliver CMMS training to stakeholders and ensure CMMS is used as per the management system
  • Coordinate and challenge the Management of change in the CMMS
  • Support the development of Maintenance Strategies

In order to maintain the availability, accessibility, and stability of CMMS YOU ARE TO:
  • Be the focal point for operations for CMMS software-related issues
  • Liaise constantly with CMMS software team


JOB REQUIREMENTS

School/studies/degree:
Master's Engineering Degree with 5 years experience in Operational Maintenance in the Oil & Gas industry
Or
Higher National Certificate (HNC) in an Engineering related discipline with 8 years of experience in Operational Maintenance in Oil & Gas or Maritime industry
Experience:
Specific skills / expertise / product:
• Ability to travel internationally onshore and offshore
• Excellent MS Office ability
• Good level of English
• Experienced advanced user in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (Maintenance & Materials)
• Understanding of database
