As VP you will lead the captive insurance division, overseeing a diverse portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance accounts. You will be the key point of contact, fostering strong relationships with clients, representatives, and regulatory agencies, provide expertise in complex financial transactions and technical matters, while actively driving business development through organic growth and forging new relationships. Utilize your strategic leadership skills to drive growth and development, both within your client portfolio and the overall business. Your responsibilities will encompass leading and motivating a dedicated captive management team, developing strategic client initiatives, and serving as a liaison between clients and the captive service team.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field
• 10 years' of progressive financial leadership experience in captive insurance
• Prior experience in a public accounting is desirable but not essential
• Strong leadership skills to establish vision and inspire and motivate team members to achieve extraordinary results
• Proven track record in developing new business and winning clients
• Must understand and be experienced in the Cayman Islands regulatory environment
• Excellent external and internal relationship management skills

Salary: US$150,000 - 160,000 per annum, plus excellent bonuses and benefits.
