As a Senior Manager - Corporate Services, you will be reporting to the Associate Director, supporting the day to day operations of corporate services. You will also be responsible for providing the necessary leadership, direction and management for a team of Corporate Managers. Responsible for coordinating the team with respect to client deliverables, managing deadlines and ensuring A1 service and quality of work. You will have a strong emphasis on business development and supporting senior management with strategic and commercial development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee various aspects such as aged CDD, aged debt, and periodic file reviews
• To update corporate management requirements and regulations
• Actively monitor current service delivery, assess strength and weaknesses and implement effective actions, thereby deepening the client relationship.
• Deliver on agreed client service standards, monitor performance regularly
• Maintain up-to-date information on developments in the regulatory environment that affect the business and ensure compliance at all times
• Ensure that risk management processes are embedded in the culture, operations and systems used by all employees, driving and exemplifying adherence to agreed policies, procedures and applicable regulation
• Train team members

Requirements:

• University Degree
• At least 10 years of working experience within a financial services industry
• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate services
• Knowledge of the relevant legislation as it relates to the regulation of Cayman entities
• Experience using Viewpoint, CORIS and CAP
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Resourceful and proactive and takes initiative
• Prior experience managing a team with strong managerial skills

Salary: US$110,000 - US$130,000 per annum plus benefits
