• Manage the process of identifying and recommending suitable investments across global asset classes for affluent and high net worth client segments of NCB Capital Markets (NCBCM) and its regional subsidiaries (“the Group”) and the provision of thorough analyses and valuations to support recommendations.
• Manage the development of strategic and tactical asset allocations of multi-asset investment portfolios for clients in keeping with NCBCM’s Wealth Philosophy.
• Collaborate with the Wealth Management and other revenues generating Teams across the NCBCM Group on business development opportunities to drive revenues.
• Develop and maintain frameworks to monitor all assets recommended to clients to identify changes in the operating environment, industry, or company financial performance that could warrant changes to investment recommendations.
• Oversee the provision of analytical and asset valuation support to the revenue generating units of NCBCM and its subsidiaries, and make recommendations on new market entry to inform investment decision-making and the risk management process for the NCB Financial Group.
• Drive research activities to build the NCB Capital Markets brand in the regional capital markets and enable it to fulfil its commitment to investor investment education and capital markets deepening.
• Oversee NCBCM’s Analyst Initiative to develop a proficient team of analysts with the capabilities and skills sets needed by the business.
• Create and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external clients, building credibility by being responsive, diligent, and relevant.


Qualifications & Experience

• CFA Designation and/or Masters’ Degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related disciple. If Master’s degree only, enrollment in CFA programme is required
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in financial modeling, valuation and fixed income and equity analysis. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
