HR Information & Systems Analyst
The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting the maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other Information Systems for the Human Resources Department. He/she is responsible for maintaining HR data, development and application of metrics, statistics and to make recommendations related to HR Functions.
Requirements/duties of the position include:
- Maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization's HRIS, ensuring applications meet the HR department's needs, requirements, and objectives.
- Making recommendations for policies and activities based on metrics and analysis to improve the organizational culture.
- Collaborating with the HR team to determine the short- and long-term information needs and system objectives; develops a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives.
- Serving as a liaison to the Information Technology department for system modifications, process improvements, and system upgrades.
- Keeping up to date with trends, technology and developments with HRIS providers and vendors.
- Maintaining awareness of system capabilities, new releases, and upgrades.
- Developing and maintaining written and online HR system documentation, reference, and training materials.
- Leveraging HR technology to provide increased efficiencies, faster services, and reduced costs.
- Assisting in the evaluation of new HR platforms.
- Developing standardized reporting to support key HR processes as well as produce ad hoc reports, as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Systems/Technology, HR or other related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with HR Information Systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in statistical techniques and application
- Strong computer skills required, high proficiency in Microsoft office products or related software
