Conduent  is currently hiring Technical Support Agents for our Kingston location. 
 
The Associate will be the first point of contact in providing solutions to customers’ technical issues. The Technical Support Associate is required to use expertise, passion and creativity to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • 3 or more CXCs including English ( Must have proof of qualifications)
  • Valid ID
  • NIS
  • TRN
  • Birth Certificate
  • Experience in a technical support and/or desk top support role. ( plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
