JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Munch Kings Ice Cream Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation and growth of our retail store. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the store, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. Your leadership and dedication will contribute to the continued success of our brand.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. **Operations Management:** Oversee and manage all areas of the retail store/restaurant to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.

2. **System Integration:** Ensure that all systems and routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to maintain consistency and quality.

3. **Business Development:** Collaborate with area managers and owners to develop and execute the restaurant's business plan, working towards achieving set goals.

4. **Customer Service:** Maintain high standards of guest service throughout the store, responding to customer complaints and ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

5. **Marketing:** Organize and implement local, regional, and national marketing promotions to boost restaurant sales and brand visibility.

6. **Staff Management:** Recruit, train, and develop employees, provide ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations, and conduct performance reviews.

7. **Scheduling:** Manage staff schedules to ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed throughout the day to meet operational needs.

8. **Financial Responsibility:** Manage the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) to optimize manageable profit, control Costs of Goods Sold (COGS), labor costs, and other controllable expenses.

9. **Decision-Making:** Exercise good judgment in decision-making and promptly report any significant issues to superiors.

10. **Additional Responsibilities:** Perform other duties and tasks as requested by owners and superiors.
