Stores/Inventory Clerk must be able to manage stocks and purchasing for the various departments.
(1) STORES/INVENTORY CLERK
-Experience working in the Inventory departments of the Hospitality industry
-Able to manage stock levels for the various departments; restaurant/bar, housekeeping, front desk, maintenance.
-Issuing of goods in a timely manner
-Responsible for ensuring proper stock reports and requisitions and all documents related to inventory and purchasing are maintained.
-Working with the Accounting and Management teams in maintaining budget controls and costings
-Must possess excellent communication skills
-Will have to communicate with suppliers
-Able to work alone or in teams
