Responsibilities & Duties
-Responsible for the Operations of the Restaurants and Bar.
-Ensuring foods and drinks prepared and served are of the highest quality.
-Reviewing and designing of the menus
-Must possess excellent communication skills and handle guests’ complaints.
-Must ensure that the team complies with food and safety regulations
-Working with both the Kitchen and Waitstaff to ensure the restaurant/bar opens on time for services as well as ensuring the foods are prepared in an efficient and timely manner.
-Ability to increase the revenue in the restaurant and bar, establishing and meeting financial targets.
-Preparations of reports on the performance of the team and restaurant/bar
-Training of staff in par excellence services
Requirement & Qualifications
-Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry, with emphasis on food and beverage
-A culinary/food service management degree will be as asset.
-Possess in depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry
-Must possess a strong work ethic and excellent leadership qualities to motivate and encourage staff to promote par excellence customer service.
