The Maitre'd will have to manage the staff and operations at a restaurant/bar.
Responsibilities & Duties:
-Menu Planning
-Control the set up of services in the dining areas and bar
-Taking care of the aesthetics of the dining areas and bar; creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
-Direct the waitstaff and supervise them throughout the service.
-Welcoming and greeting guests and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their dining experience.
-Managing the schedules and shifts of waitstaff and other staff.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Qualifications/Certification in Hospitality and service.
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Hospitality and Restaurant/Bar Services.
-Knowledge of the operations of the kitchen and restaurant.
-Knowledge of menu
-Exemplary Service skill
-Excellent communication skills
-Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
-Team leader and must possess the ability to motivate and encourage staff
-Possess the ability to solve guests’ issues and ensure guests’ satisfaction
