We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Adhesive Sales Manager to lead and enhance our sales efforts in both local and global markets.

Job Description:

Summary: As the Adhesive Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Adhesive Division in both local and international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and empower the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both local and international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets local and international markets to achieve revenue growth.
  2. Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Establish clear sales objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance.

Local and International Market Expansion:

  1. Identify and explore new market opportunities, both locally and internationally.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business partnerships.
  3. Develop and implement market-specific strategies to penetrate and expand in foreign markets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the customer service and support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Sales Team Development:

  1. Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
  2. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and capabilities.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the sales team.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments, providing insights to shape the sales strategy.
  2. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, including sales forecasts and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in adhesive or chemical sales, with a track record of success in both local and international markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
