Training Generalist- Montego Bay
As a Trainer you will support Operations in developing the knowledge and skills to deliver in their job. You will also develop and facilitate comprehensive learning and development solutions to meet the needs of employees. Manage vendor relationships with external training resources and work closely with the organization’s Training and Development staff and other training areas within the company to develop joint efforts in training, learning, designing development solutions and building relationships.
