As an Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of financial communications and investor relations, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed & confident in our organization.

Core Functions

  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting packages for investors and shareholders via submissions to stock exchange regulators, locally and overseas, along with various stakeholders.
  • Develop and ensure adherence to investor relations timetable for quarterly and annual filings
  • Create presentations, press releases, investor fact kits and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, road shows and presentations to analysts, brokers, investors and rating agencies. 
  • Prepare analyses and financial summaries for the annual report including the management discussion and analysis as per requirements of regulators, as well as fulfill any other periodic reports.
  • Provide content and review information on the corporate web site. Oversee and manage the investor relations content of the corporate web site to ensure information is accurate, up-to-date and consistent. Oversees the investor relations portion of the company web site.
  • Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
  • Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community’s perception of the company.
  • Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives
  • Prepare financial models, scenario planning analyses and forecasts to assess and report on the financial impact of strategy and alternatives.

Qualifications & Experience

 
  •  Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related.
  •  Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification related experience.
  • CFA designation would be an advantage.
