TITLE: ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER

MAXIE DEPARTMENT STORE (KINGSTON BRANCH)

Retail Assistant Managers work closely with the Store Manager to track employee productivity, customer satisfaction and other metrics for success. Retail Assistant Managers assist in the hiring process and enforce company policies among all employees. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing of the establishment.

Required to Hire, Train and Supervise staff.

Inventory Upkeep and Control

Reconcile and prepare daily Sales for bank deposit.

Utilize initiative in developing Promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing from a recognized institution.

* Minimum of Three (3) years working experience in a similar or supervisory role, preferably in a     

   customer oriented organization.

* Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

*Experienced in training and motivating staff.

* Experienced in Conflict Resolution.
