The Customer Care Associate answers and attends to interactions (voice and non-voice, incoming and outgoing) and queries and operate communication equipment to relay calls.
Core Functions
• Answer and attend to interactions (voice and non-voice, incoming and outgoing) and queries and operate communication equipment to relay calls.
• Cross sell various products and services through the Customer Care Centre.
• Provide sales leads to the direct Sales Team and Branches.
• Support customers on boarding to online banking.
• Maintain established call tracking tools.
• Escalate issues identified which are preventing customers from self-serving online or on any non-branch channel.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience of working in a Bank / financial institution in a customer service or sales environment.
