Engagement Management Team Lead (EMA), (K-JESS)

The JESS EMA Team Lead reports primarily to the JESS EMC Assistant Manager/Manager but will also take direction from other Finance & Accounting Client team members who are accountable for supported work.

JOB SUMMARY: 
The JESS Engagement Management Assistant (EMA) resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Engagement Management Coordination (EMC) team including, but not limited to supporting EMCs who are assigned to engagement partners (EPs)/managing directors by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting engagement accounting and risk management issues.

The JESS EMA Team Lead reports primarily to the JESS EMC Assistant Manager/Manager but will also take direction from other Finance & Accounting Client team members who are accountable for supported work.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery

•Performs data entry of engagement information into an application named SYNC.  This includes engagement/phase setup, ERP changes, engagement/phase status changes, billing, role changes, business area/profit center changes and T&E adjustments.  
•Coordinate invoice maintenance process with Accounts Receivable team – prepare replacement invoices, process credit notes, cash re-application, submit refund requests
•Retrieve/provide invoice copies
•Calculates engagement gain/loss utilizing the Aperture tool (Excel)
•Consolidate and submit month-end ERP/Close impact report for Practice Leader Approvals


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Equivalent Professional Accreditation
•Three or more years of relevant work experience in the Finance & Accounting field or a similar process
•At least two years managing others
