IN MONTEGO BAY  (6AM-6PM DAILY)

 Responsibilities

  • Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
  • Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
  • Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services.
  • Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs.
  • Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner.
  • Gathers all necessary information to update the database.
  • Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns.
  • Explains company policies to customers.

 Requirements:

  • 3 or more CXCS including English Language /High School Leaving certificate /Heart Level II certificate.
  • Must be able to work between 6:00 am to 6:00 PM including the weekend and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to accurately perform data entry of both text and numeric information at a rate of at least 27 wpm from both spoken and printed sources.
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • 1 year experience working in a Call Center environment would be preferred.
