Primary Role Objective:
As LCI grows its operations and strengthens its regional portfolio, it is seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Consulting Analyst to provide talent acquisition and management services including recruitment and selection, policy formulation and HR operations. More broadly, in support of HR strategy and organizational development, responsibilities also include technical research, data analysis and report writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on talent acquisition engagements, up to C-suite, and on talent management engagements, such as performance management, policy formulation, job evaluations and HR operations.
Collaborate on the planning and implementation of human resource development initiatives such as organisational transformation, workforce optimization, talent management and learning and development.
Collaborate on the facilitation of client engagements for human resource management sessions such as team-building workshops, leadership retreats, strategic planning, etc.
Design and conduct data collection exercises including but not limited to market research, interviews, surveys and focus groups
Compile and analyze data and report on findings, including but not limited to charts, tables and other data visualization techniques
Work with LCI team members and subject matter experts to determine key inferences and make recommendations based on best practices, industry standards and benchmarks.
Work with LCI team members and subject matter experts to write technical reports which clearly articulate project details, methodologies, outcomes and other deliverables for clients
Research and develop presentation content for key projects, reports, case studies and proposals
Provide project coordination support and work within a project management framework for all project work
Train and coach team members as and when required
Support Practice Leaders and other team members as an when needed
Any other related services as assigned
Qualifications and Key Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, behavioural sciences or other business-related field
6 years professional experience within a corporate environment as a human resource professional or senior business analyst, with demonstrated advisory skills
Professional experience working within a project management framework, working towards project objectives within stipulated timelines
Experience in public sector development or reform projects would be an asset
Outstanding presentation, reporting writing and communication skills
Good interpersonal, engagement and relational skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
Self-motivated, proactive and excited by continuous improvement and learning
