The Chief Steward is responsible for supervising, coordinating, guiding, and controlling the cleaning of the kitchens as well as the operating equipment by being informed of the storage, flow, processing, and distribution of the resources to offer a more hygienic service.

Duites include:

• Inform the Head Chef periodically about activities performed.
• Generate and supervise the implementation of the kitchen cleaning plan.
• Train constantly the personnel under your charge.
• Generate and supervise the implementation of the night shift plan followed in the kitchens.
• Verify that dishes at the service site are clean and well stored, as well as glassware and plates, and ensure that they have been disinfected.
• Plan and supervise the arrangement of furniture for special events.
• Attend F&B meetings.
