1. Job Identification

2. Job Objective

 

To build Company revenues by sourcing new customers, creating and adding value to new & existing products and successfully closing sales contracts. 

 

 

3. Major Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Conduct environmental and competitive analysis.
  • Positioning the Company and its new products in such a way as to maximize competitive advantage.
    • Maintaining and updating sales reports, prospect list etc. and,
    • Attending meetings as required.  
  • Create new business opportunities with the formulation of creative and dynamic marketing programs
  • Going out on the field and meeting with potential customers, determining their needs and tailoring our products to meet those needs
  • Actively seeking out and pursuing sales leads to increase sales
  • Maintains business relationships by keeping in contact with existing clients to ensure their needs are being met with our offerings.

4. Additional Responsibilities 

  • As required based on technological advancements.

 

 

5. Major Performance Indicators

  • Achieves agreed goals and assigned sales quota.
  • Reports are submitted on a timely basis.
  • Regular and timely communication with clients & seniors as agreed.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented and skilled negotiator.

 

 

 

6. Remuneration

  • Base Monthly Salary - $5,500.00
  • Travelling Allowance - $1,500.00
  • Sales-Based Commission
  • Eligibility to the Company's Group Health Plan
  • Eligibility to the Pension Plan
  • Inclusion into the Company’s Corporate Cellular Plan

 

 

 

7. Key Interfaces

  • Internally with personnel in Customer Care, Network Operations Centre [NOC]. 
  • Externally with new and existing clients.

 

 

8. Minimum Required Qualifications / Experience

  • A Level Certification
  • Certificate in Sales/ Marketing.
  • 4-5 years in a Sales or Marketing position preferably in a Communications or IT environment.
  • Basic certification in IT
  • Understanding of IPT, VoIP and Firewalls is required
  • At least three (3) years Selling Experience in the field is mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must own a reliable vehicle
  • Other - The ideal candidate should be a dynamic person who possess the following traits:
