Our client in the (retail sector - Restuarant) is seeking an energetic individual for the position of Store Manager.

Duties

• Must be willing to work shift Monday to Sunday (Hours are flexible)
• Responsible for day to day operations of a single retail store.
• Manage staff
  
• Manage inventory.
• Ensure that all systems and routines are incorporated into the day to day operations.
• Expected to exercise good judgement in decision making and reporting issues to management.
  
• Staff, train and develop associates in store and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
  

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of Five (5) O’ Level passes two (2) of which must include English and Mathematics
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position (retail store manager/ Supervisor).
  
• Must be a team player
