A Leading Snack Manufacturer in the Caribbean is seeking to recruit a Brand Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of brand plans and promotions in order to achieve the Company’s brand and strategic objectives.

Some key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Develop, formulate, recommend and implement Brand Plans.
  • Review and analyse Company promotions.
  • Manage and implementation of the companys promotional activities to ensure achievment of approved marketing goals and objectives.
  • Analysis of brand positioning and brand performance in the market based on consumer and trade insights.
  • Prepare draft budget proposals and administer approved budgets.
  • Lead new product development with R&D team

Requirements are as follows:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least five (5) years experience in Marketing and/or Sales of which at least three (3) years should be at a similar level
  • Experience in the Manufacturing sector would be an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be creative and able to multi-task while paying attention to detail
  • Must be self- motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
