Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures that outstanding service is provided to all our customers, internal and external, on a consistent basis.
- Coaching, developing, and training Supervisors to be industry leaders in Customer Service, Accountability, and achieving aggressive targets.
- Solving escalated customer queries quickly and professionally.

What Do You Need?
- An undergraduate degree in Management Studies, a related field or a combination of relevant work experience and professional studies.
- 5 years in a Customer Service environment, with 2 years in a Managerial capacity.
- Passion, drive, determination, and a desire to be a part of an exciting team.
