Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
Leading brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
Studying the creative marketplace, assessing where IPP’s work stands against Competitors’, as well as our clients’ competitors’ creative work.
Working collaboratively with partners, participating in company strategizing, and making recommendations for changes to the creative function to meet market changes, competitive threats or to support strategic plans.
Driving constant improvement in IPP’s creative quality and capabilities.
Listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing and translating client situations, marketing goals and information into strategic brand concepts, voice, messages and rationales.
Writing and presenting cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign approaches.
Inventing new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages while understanding design and smart copy, and recognizing fresh approaches to advertising.
Working on Special Projects like Live Events.
Revising content and presentations, approving/rejecting ideas, and providing feedback to the team.
