The Sales Representative will be responsible for contributing to the team’s overall success by meeting negotiated goals through the identification and satisfaction of customer needs.

Sales Representative (Permanent Full-Time)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 CXC/GCE O’Level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
• Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution would be an asset
• At least 5 years’ experience in the field
• Proficient in the use of Mobile CRM application on mobile device

  Key Responsibilities: 

• Consistently satisfy customer needs by identifying and providing solutions for the sale of the organization’s products
• Initiate calls to existing and potential customers to retain and develop customer relationships
• Provide personalized, knowledgeable, and respectful service to customers
• Contribute to overall sales team objectives by understanding sales goals and developing a personal Business Plan
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer transactions
• Ensure prompt and efficient collection of payments
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the Sales Unit by being courteous, responsive, and maintaining confidentiality
• Build strong business relationships with customers and colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Compensation Range: 

$7,300 per month plus commissions based on achievement of targets
