To support our goals of talent acquisition and culture transformation, we are seeking a Recruitment Officer with a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of Competency Management Systems.

Job Overview:

As a Recruitment Officer at you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent pool and cultivating a culture of excellence within our organization. This role will require you to identify, attract, and engage top talent while implementing strategies for culture transformation. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding candidates who align with our company's values and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.

 

  1. Culture Transformation:
    • Work closely with the HR team and senior leadership to define and promote our desired culture and values.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to align employees with the company's culture, mission, and values.
    • Drive culture change efforts by facilitating training programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of culture transformation initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.

 

  1. Competency Management Systems:
    • Utilize your working knowledge of Competency Management Systems to assess, develop, and optimize the competencies required for success within the petrochemical sector.
    • Integrate competency-based assessments into the recruitment and talent development processes.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure competencies are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

 

  1. Candidate Experience:
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Ensure candidates are informed, engaged, and supported at every stage.
    • Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process.

 

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Compile and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and the effectiveness of culture transformation initiatives.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an HR environment, with a focus on recruitment and culture transformation.
  • Working knowledge of Competency Management Systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
