The worldwide representative for Sandals and Beaches Resorts is currently hiring for the following post:

TRAINING COORDINATOR

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective coaching and training support, enabling team members to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. This role will be integral to the success of our sales channels which will include one to one coaching as well as workshops and other group training sessions as per the business need.

He / she must be creative, vibrant, committed and highly skilled at designing and presenting learning not as a discrete event but as a process that engages learners over time through formal and informal channels.

The position requires excellent listening, problem solving and written skills, critical thinking and public speaking skills, time management and communication skills.

Do you also have the following minimum requirements?

• Tertiary education (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred).
• ATD Master Trainer or CPLP certification is a plus and preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in training in a call center sales environment  (Preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint, Captivate) e-learning software, etc.
• Excellent presentation, coaching and communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in creation and delivery of soft skills training courses like objection handling, delivering excellent customer service, communication styles.
• Experience of working in a fast paced sales environment.
• Experience in delivering training sessions and presentations to large groups demonstrating a professional   approach and ensuring delegates buy in at all levels.
•  Ability to multi-task and be highly organized.
•  Be a natural team player who exhibits flexibility and is adaptable to change. Actively build positive relationships.
•  Ability to give honest feedback in a positive manner.
•  Comfortable dealing with challenging conversations and strong personalities.
•  Ability to handle large groups of people.
