We are looking for highly energetic, goal driven, passionate and organized individual to join the Recruiting team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the staffing process for the organization.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the sourcing and interview process for the Recruiting Department through effective management of current and potential resources.
Main Responsibilities:
Continually source candidates from a variety of physical and online sources for open positions company wide
Utilize passive candidate database to identify a high level of quality applicants as well as meet quantity requirements
Coordinate and conduct candidate assessment for open positions within the organization
Assist candidates with registration, assessment and/or other processes
Consistently document recruiting activity in appropriate systems
Identify, develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources and track utilization effectiveness
Attend recruiting events that support recruiting initiatives as required
Collaborate across Teleperformance Recruiting to meet goals, expand attendance and lower costs
Achieve monthly recruiting activity metrics
Create a positive work environment to promote productivity and teamwork.
Provide back up for staffing coordinators and other Talent Acquisition Specialists company-wide.
Actively participate in recruiting team meetings and initiatives
Update and complete the appropriate recruiting reports.
Other duties as required as requested
Our ideal candidate should:
Possess an Associate Degree or higher
Be fluent in English spoken/written
Have minimum of 6 months experience in high volume recruitment or outbound call center environment. Supervisory experience and/or HR experience, an asset
Flexible to work weekends, extra hours and public holidays
